【Highlight】⚫ Working Experience：More than 5 years related.⚫ Fluency in English–both written and oral communication skills.⚫ Having the experience in Chinese-owned company.⚫ Familiar with Chilean labor laws and human resources related policies.⚫ Location: Santiago, Chile. 【Key Responsibilities】⚫ Responsible for the human resources activity for Chilean, driving peoplemanagement strategy and procedures and processes.⚫ Coordinate with the HQ HRBP team of China.⚫ Work closely with business leaders and line management providing expertguidance on a variety of HR matters.⚫ Building the Compensation and Benefit System, Analyze the marketcompensation and benefits information and reports to the managementregularly.⚫ Organize and conduct training activities to support the department andcompany development.⚫ Responsible for the administrative management work and culture buliding ofthe local company by the needs of business development.⚫ Responsible for the local talent recruiting. 【Profile and Experience】⚫ Bachelor's degree at least, More than 5 years experience in human resources.⚫ Extensive experience in a senior HR role within international company,preferably appliances and consumer electronics companies.⚫ Excellent execution, learning ability, communication and coordination skills,and ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility.⚫ Fluency in English – both written and oral communication skills.⚫ Good service sense and resilience, with the ability to handle emergencies
