We are actively looking for a skilled and experienced Marketplace Specialist to be considered for our client. This role offers the chance to shape the online marketplace presence of a leading luxury brand. Location: Fully remote (Work from home), 9 AM - 6 PM PST role. Key Responsibilities: • Marketplace Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for selling and promoting products on various online marketplaces. • Listing Optimization: Create and manage product listings, ensuring they are optimized for search visibility and conversion. • Sales Analysis: Monitor sales performance on each platform, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize revenue. • Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor strategies and marketplace changes to stay ahead in the market. • Customer Engagement: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective query resolution. • Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales. • Inventory Management: Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure inventory levels are optimized for marketplace demand. Qualifications: • Proven experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, Shein, and Temu. • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies and marketplace algorithms. • Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. • Proficient in SEO and digital marketing tactics for online retail. • Outstanding communication skills for customer interaction and cross-team collaboration. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
