Job Summary Our client is a family-owned, US-based beauty salon located in Fontana, California with over 21 years of success in a high-traffic, service-driven environment. As the business rapidly scales from a small team into a more structured and professional operation, they are seeking an Operations Manager to bring clarity, systems, and accountability across daily execution. This role will own team performance, operational cadence, and process discipline—supporting a growing staff while reinforcing a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-facing business. Key Responsibilities • Own day-to-day operations of a high-traffic, appointment-based beauty business, ensuring consistent service quality and operational efficiency • Lead, coach, and manage a growing team, including scheduling, performance management, feedback, and accountability against KPIs • Implement and maintain clear operational systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to support scale • Run a structured weekly management cadence, including team meetings, 1:1s, performance reviews, and follow-ups • Partner closely with ownership to translate business goals into executable plans and measurable outcomes • Monitor staffing needs and support hiring, onboarding, and training as the team scales • Identify operational gaps and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, in-person environment Qualifications • 3+ years managing 5–15 person team in a KPI-driven service or sales-support environment (high-velocity, appointment-based, and local/in-person business preferred) • Has hired, fired, and managed performance formally • Has run teams remotely or across locations • Can walk through an actual weekly management cadence they’ve run before Technical Setup Required Internet: 25–50 Mbps download / 10–20 Mbps upload / • Stable connection + backup option • 8GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred) • Computer & mouse Schedule: Full-time and long-term job opportunity. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM PST (8h + 1h break). Perks: 10 days of PTO per year + 10 floating holidays (you can choose them).
