Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and ensuring their needs are met with patience and care. You will handle inquiries, guide customers through registering for our service, manage ride and service requests, resolve issues, and offer compassionate guidance to our users, many of whom are older adults and their families.A key part of this role is excelling in sales, as you’ll engage with customers who contact us to learn more about our service, confidently and persuasively helping them register while building trust and rapport.
Key Responsibilities:• Help customers register with our services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from customers.
• Assist customers with booking rides, ordering groceries, and navigating other services available through GoGoGrandparent.
• Provide clear instructions and troubleshooting assistance for customers who may be less familiar with technology.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and provide feedback on customer needs and concerns.
• Uphold company values of empathy, respect, and patience in every customer interaction.
Qualifications:• Required 2+ years of sales experience
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field, especially serving older adults is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanor.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish fluent)
