Responsibilities:• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales team to maximize their potential and performance, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
• Set clear goals in a multicategory base, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team's success
• Continuously analyze the market to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and partners
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, in a multicategory base, monitoring sales performance, track progress, and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure objectives are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly, gathering market intelligence to provide insights for product development and pricing strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly, collaborating with the customer support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring Trade area works in accordance with the Global Marketing Standards and all Corporate guidelines.
Requirements:• University degree in fields such as Business Engineering, Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic roles within a related industry, proven experience in different sales channels preferably in multi-category management.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Effective teamwork abilities, Adaptability, High capacity to engage in a collaborative way.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, Adaptability, Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, Innovative and disruptive thinking
• Decision making, speed to market, act as owner, Strategic Acumen, Business Partnership, Outstanding communication, Market Knowledge.
