We are seeking a skilled Senior Production Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support market risk applications for one top financial institution in US. You will join a global team of professionals providing services to major clients in the financial industry. What you will be doing at Evalueserve • Provide Level 2 support for market risk applications, including monitoring, incident resolution, and problem management. • Write Database (SQL Server, Oracle) and Python code independently. • Manage Data Pipelines and scheduled jobs. • Manage business critical incidents, including stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews. • Document operational procedures, workflows, and technical solutions. What we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in financial services or risk management. • Production Support experience (with on-call support) (is a must). • Familiarity with financial instruments (bonds, derivatives, FX) and risk concepts (VaR, sensitivities). • Experience with monitoring tools (i.e. Tidal, Splunk) and scripting (Python, Shell). • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases. • Experience in documenting operational design flow and processes. • Basic cloud experience is required. For instance, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure. • GIT, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence experience is good to have. • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote global team.
