In the role of a sales representative, you’ll assist our project managers throughout the sales process, collaborating closely with them and the managing director. Your primary focus will be to ensure the seamless operation of our commercial activities. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, generating quotes, nurturing customer relationships, and handling administrative duties.
• Responsibilities
• Manage incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, or other communication channels
• Preparing and following up on quotations for prospective customers in collaboration with the project manager or managing director
• Sustaining robust relationships with current customers to stimulate recurring sales
• Ensure accurate recording of customer data and sales activities
• Developing commercial strategies, establishing them, and executing them in coordination with the managing director
• Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the construction industry in a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office
