Today, over 23,000 academic neuroscience labs worldwide and more than 2,500 preclinical R&D facilities in the biopharma sector rely on animal behavior analysis to validate neurological and psychiatric treatments. Yet, most are still stuck with outdated, manual annotation methods that cost time, money, and data quality. Social XB automates and scales this process in analysis time, improving reproducibility, and supporting regulatory compliance in preclinical pipelines. Our long-term vision is even broader. We’re building toward a fully integrated life sciences ecosystem, expanding into synthetic biology, bioinformatics, and lab automation. By unifying behavioral phenotyping with molecular insights, xbinnovation will bridge the gap between brain and genome—driving faster discovery and smarter therapies in neuroscience, mental health, and beyond.  Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Director at XBInnovation. The Marketing Director will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, marketing, and support in some aspects for the director of sales and his team. The role is hybrid, and mostly remote (90%), some instances, a meeting to accompany in support of sales to academia or industry might be relevant, but up for discussion.
