Test Manager

We are hiring a Test Manager to join our team and take the lead in planning, scheduling, and controlling all test activities at the project level, including internal and/or external acceptance of systems, subsystems, and products. Your responsibilities:• Managing the assigned test team (test engineers and other TMs) according to project organization. • Preparing and releasing the test strategy (including automation and required test stages), test plan (with risk assessment), and test specifications based on approved requirements. • Ensuring adherence to the test strategy and plan. • Defining test objectives, techniques, and deliverables to meet project requirements. • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring internal and external test activities (e.g., customer acceptance) and associated costs. • Maintaining an up-to-date Traceability Matrix between requirements, test cases, results, and defects. • Coordinating test environment preparation and defect documentation. • Reporting test status and quality updates to the project core team and customers. • Driving continuous improvement in testing processes, methods, and tools. • Contributing to project planning and effort estimation for bids and projects. Your profile:• Proven experience coordinating testing tasks in technology projects. • Knowledge in requirements engineering and effort estimation (time and cost). • Experience in customer relationship management. • Strong understanding of testing standards (ISTQB) and test automation. • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).
