Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and usability requirements. • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights. • Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to communicate design ideas. • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and functionality. • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of the user interface. • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices. • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field. • Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: • Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. • Familiarity with Agile development processes. • Experience with user research methodologies. • Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
