Sr IT Manager

Lead the team in charge of executing Information Technology services for all agencies in Chile and Perú, strategically, focused on customer satisfaction through adequate and proactive services in accordance with global IT policies, with the purpose of maintaining established service agreements and enabling them to achieve their business objectives. Coordinate global and regional projects and initiatives, helping the IT Regional Director to track them and ensuring due dates accomplishments. The main assignments and tasks are: • Ensure the operational continuity of the IT infrastructure of Chile and Peru sites. • Establish and maintain a close relationship with the directors of all agencies in Chile and Peru to develop continuous improvement in the service of the local IT team. • Ensure compliance with the global technology strategy so agencies can achieve their objectives. • Represent the main point of contact from IT to be aligned with the guidelines of global IT. • Attend any request or assignment from the immediate superior. • Analyze the data and establish action plans so that the service provided to the agencies complies with the established service agreements. • Propose, coordinate, and supervise global IT projects or innovation initiatives to ensure cost, time, and quality compliance. • Plan and establish the annual IT budget to cover all needs of expenses and assets in Chile and Peru. • Provide support to all departments that require IT advice to make purchases or projects, complying with the group`s guidelines. • Ensure adequate management of fixed assets, physical and on systems, to comply with local regulations and group audits. • Determine and propose training plans in technology and soft skills so that the IT team offers the best service. • Provide IT team metrics on a regular basis to managers who require it to give visibility to the team´s performance. • Ensure compliance with global IT policies to be aligned with the best security and control practices established by the group. Qualifications Formal Education• Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology or Systems Engineering. • Project management certification (desirable) • Certification in ITIL or IT governance (desirable) Technical skills• Support Hardware and Software (PC, MAC). • Network administration. • Knowledge of Infrastructure. • Projects management Specific knowledge tools• Incident and task management tools • Web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) • MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Apple
