If you have experience managing and building lasting relationships with customer as main telecommunications operators in chile, and participating in competitive bidding processes, this is the perfect role for you. We are seeking a strategic leader to manage accounts, design commercial proposals, participate in biddings, and develop exceptional solutions to win new business.
Location: Santiago- ChileModality: 100% on site.
Responsibilities:• Manage a portfolio of assigned telecommunications operator accounts.
• Build strong, positive relationships with key clients in the industry.
• Resolve conflicts and proactively address client concerns to foster strong and trusting relationships.
• Oversee the timely delivery of products and services to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate the company's capabilities to meet the specific needs of operators.
• Gather relevant market information about network technology and develop suitable action plans.
• Organize and execute customer-related activities, including conferences and events.
• Design compelling commercial proposals to attract and win new business.
• Actively participate in bidding processes to secure new contracts and expand the client base.
• Develop tender proposals and related documents in response to customer RFPs.
• Collaborate with technical and project management teams to define project scopes and deliver comprehensive tender proposals.
• Conduct customer visits to capture evolving requirements and adjust project documentation accordingly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in telecommunications with operators
• Knowledge of sales performance metrics and CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth understanding of telecommunications operators and their specific needs.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills, with a target-driven and results-focused mindset.
• Proven experience in client negotiations and meeting customer needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Highly organized and flexible, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in multicultural environments is an advantage.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Proven experience leading business with major telecommunications operators in Chile (Entel, AMX, etc.).
• Experience in participating in bidding processes to win new contracts.
