Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil; Santiago, Chile; Bogotá, Bogota, Colombia; Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico.Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives. • 5 years of experience mentoring and managing a team. • Experience supporting enterprise customers in Cloud Professional Services, IT consulting, or program management. • Experience driving customer digital transformations using cloud-based solutions (e.g., IaaS/PaaS), as well as managing agreements across Engineering, Sales, Support, Professional Services and Distributed teams. Preferred qualifications: • Master's degree in Management, Technical, or Engineering field. • Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-parties to deliver and manage implementation of solutions. • Knowledge of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, and cyber security. In this role, you will connect Google Cloud Consulting Services with our customers, helping them to achieve their business goals. You will understand customer's business needs and translate them into service strategies, leveraging Google Cloud Consulting and our partner ecosystem. You will work alongside customer teams to align custom standalone and multi-phase program opportunities, including training, support and potential alignment with cross-product area solutions. You will define the services strategy with the goal to de-risk and accelerate Customers Google Cloud Platform (GCP) adoption journey. You will build, foster and manage customer relationships at executive level, building trust and helping closing complex agreements. You will also have to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally as needed. Responsibilities • Manage the Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) services strategy in the region, overseeing engagement during the pre-sales motion so that customers have service plans that will enable them to achieve business goals with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Partner with sales and partner leaders in the region to ensure the regional Pursuit Lead team engages effectively and seamlessly during the pre-sales motion. • Drive operational excellence in the region, understanding the pipeline dynamics and analytics to drive action plan. • Oversee the effective completion of the function's core responsibilities, including agreement qualification, service package/Bill of Materials (BOMs) design, delivery strategy and approach, agreement sign-off, and agreement fulfillment. • Drive team performance, build analytics strategies and capabilities to monitor pipeline health and identify indicators of action and changes needed to achieve a healthy pipeline, value, and productivity measures.
