Job Title: EUC Level 1 (EUC1) On-Site Support Engineer – Part-Time Location: Santiago, Chile Job Type: Part-time / On-site Work Schedule: Only 8 days per month Days scheduled in advance Standard business hours Compensation: USD 160 per day Job Description: We are seeking a dependable EUC Level 1 (EUC1) On-Site Support Engineer to provide end-user support at a client site in Santiago, Chile. This is a part-time, on-site role suitable for professionals looking for flexible monthly work. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 end-user (EUC) on-site support Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Assist users with login, email, and application issues Coordinate with remote L2/L3 teams as needed Follow incident management and ticketing procedures Requirements: Experience in EUC / Desktop / IT Support (L1) Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office Strong communication and customer support skills Ability to work independently on-site Must be locally available in Santiago, Chile Start Date: Immediate / As per schedule @120250678960361 Please post on Indeed.
