What are we looking for?We're looking for a new C&I CUSTOMER MANAGER for our office in SANTIAGO, CHILE, who will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within Chile's mid-sized commercial and industrial sectors. This role includes developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their energy needs, and providing innovative solutions that align with their business objectives. What Challenges will you face?• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain commercial and industrial clients in the electrical sector. • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their energy consumption patterns. • Present tailored energy solutions to clients, including cost-saving initiatives, renewable energy options, and energy efficiency measures. • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date CRM database with client interactions and sales progress. • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including market consultants, regulatory bodies, financial advisors, and energy brokers. What specific knowledge do you need?• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or related career. • At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role within the utilities, IPPs, regulatory entities, traders, or energy commercialization companies • Advanced proficiency in CRM software. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills • Advanced English Portuguese is valued. • Proven track record in sales and client relationship management in the commercial and industrial sectors • Experience in developing and presenting business proposals and energy solutions. • Experience creating reports and deliverables of a similar kind.
