*** SPANISH SAP HR PAYROLL CONSULTANT *** Job Title: SAP HR Payroll Consultant (with Schema Experience) Location: 100% Remote Languages: English + Spanish Duration: 6-12 months (Ongoing contract) Project: Ongoing Implementation on ECC 6 Job Overview: Brabers is currently seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll Consultant with strong Schema experience to join an ongoing project focusing on the implementation of SAP ECC 6. This is a remote position, and we are particularly looking for someone with Chilean payroll experience to ensure local payroll requirements are met. The role will be working within the EU time zone and requires fluent English and Spanish communication. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage SAP HR Payroll configurations and implementations, focusing on Chilean payroll requirements. • Work on Schema customization and optimization within SAP HR Payroll. • Collaborate with the project team on the ongoing ECC 6 implementation. • Provide expertise and guidance on local Chilean payroll processes and compliance. • Perform testing and troubleshooting of payroll configurations to ensure accuracy. • Coordinate with other team members to ensure alignment across the project. • Document configurations and changes to ensure proper knowledge transfer. Requirements: • Proven experience as an SAP HR Payroll Consultant. • Strong experience with SAP HR Payroll Schema configuration and customization. • In-depth knowledge of Chilean payroll processes, legislation, and taxation. • Experience with SAP ECC 6 implementations is essential. • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. • Availability to work within EU time zone. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
